Easy Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

This recipe is easy and VERY delicious!! A perfect treat for the autumn, these super moist cupcakes are topped with a cream cheese frosting and caramel swirl.
Ingredients:
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 cup of canned pumpkin (or canned pumpkin pie mix)
½ cup of water
1/3 cup of applesauce
3 eggs
1 tsp of nutmeg
½ tsp of cinnamonmakes about 24 regular sized cupcakes
-Preheat the oven to 350
-Line muffin tins with paper liners
-Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
-Use an electric mixer and beat on high for three minutes
-Fill the muffin cups about ¾ the way and bake for 15-17 minutes.Be sure to let cool completely before frosting!!
